By this time, The Dynamic Miss Faye Carol & Her Trio was known for top notch, world class music.  Carol provided a place for young musicians to learn jazz in the traditional way of disciplined  practice & consistent performances. 

 

Her audiences we're a combination of folk who we're introduced to her through her work in gospel, soul, r&b, cabaret, jazz, and blues.  She was awarded the Top Star Award and appeared with such artists as Eddie Cleanhead Vinson, Pharoah Sanders, Gene Ammons, and Ray Charles.
